Are you a mid level interactive producer eager to keep our ARC family on track to deliver some state-of-the-art digital projects? Then we would like to work with you!

We are looking for professionals who want to take on a crucial role in ARCs service and product design capability as interactive producer and project manager.

At us you’ll be working closely with our multi disciplinary team to ensure that all our projects always ends up looking just like they should, on time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

You'll define and manage digital projects from end to end. This means creating scopes, allocating resources, building out production schedules.

Handle both internal teams, clients and vendors, managing expectations, and making sure all parts involved are having a good time.

You'll push us into becoming one of the most sought after partners in the digital space. ****

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage studio deliveries as agile project manager where we ship digital products from end-to-end together with partners.

Collaborate during the research phase to better understand users’ needs.

Demonstrate leadership and ownership of end-to-end digital service and design projects, all the way from project kick-off to delivery, advocating for both client and user needs.

Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to produce extraordinary
results, at your side you will have our Experience Directors and Technical Directors as well as the client.

Through the use of agile processes secure project progress and manage project scope, timeline and financial reporting.

Stay ahead of the customer's vision and anticipate their needs to effectively translate those into product/project goals and define new product opportunities.

Assess customer’s business & technology requirements, and translate into doable roadmaps.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years years experience of interactive/digital production management. Agency/product experience is highly desirable.
• Interest and knowledge of all things digital, cloud services, and web technologies.
• Ability and experience of managing client meetings — from pitches to workshops, you’re comfortable in front of a crowd
• You should be direct and confident in your recommendations to internal teams and clients
• Desire and ability to naturally bring the best out of your teams
