eCommerce Strategy Consultant

As an eCommerce Consultant, you work across many areas within eCommerce, where the goal is to help our clients meet their business objectives. Might it increase revenue, conversion, customer lifetime value or by minimising their ecommerce operational costs

You will become the trusted advisor, building out plans and development roadmaps focusing on growth initiatives. You work in the forum of “product owners” where you help your clients prioritise initiatives and projects.

The typical activities include quick feedback on effort required on a specific request from the client's business, making small business case presentations, investigating requirements for a specific request — have we done it before? what is the best-practise? Basically, giving your client competent commercial sparring on what drives impact.

As a consultant you work closely with a delivery team (development) and subject-matter experts across development, consulting, and UX.

The typical client you will be working with is either a retailer, brand, or manufacturer, with a typical online revenue between €10-100M.

As a part of our consulting practise, you will become a part of a global team of eCommerce professionals passionate about helping clients driving success in digital commerce.

Skills & Requirements

What would tick the boxes for us

  • A proven track-record for tactical eCommerce experience (especially with focus on growth, attract, convert & retain tactics)

  • Experience as eCommerce Manager or similar

  • Any Digital Marketing experience

  • Good structure and attention to detail

  • Well versed in Google Analytics

  • A strong team player that wants to grow the rest of the team
