The program is well established and well known throughout the IT industry but now it’s time to take our Insights & Data program to the next level - creating a unique program for all data lovers!
As our builder & leader of Insights & Datas Ignite program, you will be responsible for establishing our new concept and trainee program in Sweden based on our previous success stories but with the future in focus. You will collaborate with stakeholders within the Insights & Data Sweden management team and you will also connect with other Ignite project leaders from other business units in the Nordics.
The role provides an opportunity to develop your leadership skills as well as drive and increase our business.
The role includes:
Responsibility for establishing and continuous running of the Insights & Data Sweden Ignite program.
Project management of the program for Insights & Data and collaboration with project managers for other practices.
Participation in the recruitment process and employer branding processes.
Cooperating and providing guidance to the Management team within the Company in order to drive the program.
In addition, you will do own consulting work within the data, analytics or AI fields to a varying extent, probably around 50%. It could be in areas like advisory, project management, business analysis, analytics, data science etc.
We are looking for an open, positive and driven person with around 2-6 years professional experience. Furthermore, the successful candidate would preferably show below skills and qualities:

Experience from trainee programs.
Good analytical skills and a structured and process-oriented way of working.
Capable of taking own initiatives and to think outside the box.

In addition, a prerequisite would also be that you have professional skills and experience from data, Analytics, AI or Management Consulting.
