Leveraging industry leading marketing platforms including Hubspot, LeadForensics and many more, we activate multi-channel marketing programs to help prospects get informed, build their business case, select the right-fit solutions, and ensure our customers get the most value from their Basware solutions.

Skills & Requirements

Role Overview:

The Partner Marketing Support Role person will be an integral part of the Partner Marketing and Business Development & Alliances teams and will be working closely with the various stakeholders on the day-to-day activities. The partner marketer builds stronger relationships with partners through engaging marketing campaigns.


  • Execute various partner marketing programmes, led by the Global Partner Marketing Team, with the support of the other Marketing functions
  • Customize/incorporate partner focused content (e.g.: emails, blogs, videos, webinars, factsheets, offline etc.) into specific campaigns and programmes to drive engagement
  • Lead the partner Newsletters from design and creation, to sending and reporting
  • Establish a measurement mechanism for partner marketing initiatives and highlight the performance at the regional and management level and implement improvements wherever necessary
  • Partner data management in association with Digital Marketing team and internal tools
  • Understand the different partner types and eco-system, and implement activity to support the different initiatives aligned to each type
  • Interpersonal skills to help nurture partner relationships and work with cross-functional teams
  • Become first point of contact for management of promotions of new campaigns
  • Responsible for entire project from scratch to end by sourcing and development of content and get it executed within various in-house teams
  • Ensure timely updates on partner marketing through the websites and social media handles through the digital marketing team.

Experience: 6months to 2 years

Knowledge on:

Hubspot, Kentico, Website, Email marketing, Campaign management, Digital marketing, Project leadership, creative problem solving, agility, strategic planning etc

  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional project management and Interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Have proven experience of managing B2B campaigns is a plus
  • Have proven experience in working with a tech companies partner eco-system is a plus
  • Understand current marketing trends.
  • Post-Graduate with exceptional communication skills and 1-2 years of work experience is preferred
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
  • Hubspot knowledge is an advantage
