About The Position

We are looking for an Account Manager within the Scientific Research field. You will be responsible for sales of our world leading social robotics solutions and services to international academic / research institutions.

“As an Account Manager you will have a pivotal role for the sales of our world leading social robotics solutions. You will drive sales: from first contact and demonstrating our range of robot products to establishing long-term, strategic client relationships that can evolve over time. I believe that success in this role depends on understanding customers and translating their needs into matching research solutions. We follow a collaborative approach to help our customers meet their goals; speaking to them on a peer level, one to one, is how we build relationships.”

You will work in our Commercial Team with another Account Manager as well as Marketing and Customer Success - including you, the team consists of nine people. You can choose to work remote or from our office in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Commercial. Travel will be a natural part of your work, so we believe that you view this as a perk.

Skills & Requirements

These are the “Must-haves” that we have identified for this position:

  • You need to have a graduate degree in e.g. Human-Robot Interaction, computational linguistics, psychology, engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar fields.

  • You need to have a technical understanding with the ability to transfer this knowledge to customers, sales colleagues, and development teams.

  • You need to have excellent presentation skills and a consultative approach with customers.

  • You need to be fluent in English, any other language is a plus.

We find it to be a strong merit if you have experience in selling into or working with universities or non-profits or government entities.
