At DigitalRoute we help our customers moving from ownership to usership, by providing a purpose-built platform for managing the journey to usership. Likewise, our future stands on the premise, that our installed base, as well as new customers, are moving into a subscription-based model, and in the future a more outcome-based model. We are looking for a Commercial Manager that will add value by establishing the framework that identifies how we drive commercial opportunities. Further, by driving cross-functional collaboration you will be identifying growth and upsell opportunities within our customer base and with new prospects.

You come with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset, enabling you to influence many parts of the organization, on both strategic as well as tactical decisions and insights. With the goal to define, promote, and expand our commercial activities to drive higher subscription revenues from our customer base, increasing our attach rate, and meanwhile, ensuring that we reduce our customer churn.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies, aligned with company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth and profitability of DigitalRoute
  • Analysis and implementation of the packaging and pricing frameworks in CPQ and corresponding systems, including training, and supporting sales
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams (such as product, marketing, sales, customer acquisition, and customer success)
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to influence our commercial maturity
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management to act upon

What you'll bring

  • Interest in commercial engagements and models, to act as a trusted advisor to both senior leadership and sales
  • Experience as commercial manager or other relevant role, such as management consultant, product management, business development, or sales executive
  • Understanding and interest of market research methods and financial analysis
  • Experience from performance reporting, pricing, and packaging, and/or financial as well as budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness and ability to execute on tactical priorities, meanwhile keeping a strategic mindset
  • An interest in business models and the way that packaging, and pricing can drive commercial success
