IT Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Support Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent IT Team and based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in providing excellent IT Support to all our users and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

We need someone to build and lead our global Service Support Team, who are passionate about leadership, curious and innovative. You love working with people and making them grow. You are committed and enjoy clear and challenging goals in your leadership. You take ownership, have high energy, are results-oriented and like to work in an environment characterized by constant change.

You will report into our Director of Operations & Infrastructure, representing IT Service Support in our Extended IT Leadership team and in other stakeholder collaborations. Your role is also to manage our external service providers and partners.

Skills & Requirements


  • Build and set the roadmap and strategy for IT Service Support
  • Set up and develop all our IT and Digital workplace Services
  • Responsible for stakeholder, partner, and supplier management
  • Resource planning and allocation for the service offerings of the team
  • Lead Site Managers and their teams in all personnel related topics
  • Developing, maintaining and reporting KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) for the service(s).
  • Responsible for the lifecycle management of both IT hardware and IT software
  • Budget responsibilities

Requirements :

  • 5+ of experience as a Helpdesk/Service Manager or in a similar role

  • Strong technical background

  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in high pace environments

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills

  • Strong customer service skills
