We are looking for Senior Field Marketing Specialist for integrated marketing and demand creation in the Scandinavia region (Sweden, Norway and & Denmark), in close partnership with local & global marketing and regional sales teams, reporting directly to the Scandinavian Senior Field Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing activities for both customers and prospect like webinars, own and 3:rd party events, ABM & awareness campaigns, digital campaigns that increase visibility and drive demand for Basware solutions.
The tasks include supporting the development, execution and analysis of marketing activities targeted to increase the volume of new marketing leads, the volume and value of new sales opportunities, pipeline coverage. Frequent alignment with local sales colleagues is necessary in order to review the marketing driven pipeline, identify possible gaps and create respective action plans. We expect you to be a business-savvy modern marketer who is passionate about B2B marketing. The job is full time and permanent, based out of Stockholm.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
Analysis of results
Management of lead flows for key activities
Management of suppliers to ensure delivery against deadlines
Collaboration with regional sales, BDR and Telemarketing to jointly drive the KPI and results
Collaboration with global marketing functions to ensure alignment of local and global activities
Min. 3 years experience from marketing in a B2B IT/Tech company
Experience from working in CRM and marketing systems
Very good knowledge in digital and social marketing
Experience from working with ABM programs
Experience managing the creation and execution of effective integrated marketing programs
Fluent in Swedish and English, good understanding of Norwegian and Danish
Experience from working in a virtual and matrix environment, ability to collaborate with colleagues outside of direct team from multiple countries
Excellent communication and professional writing skills
Ability to drive projects with independence, self starter
