As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Planhat you will lead all our recruitment efforts globally and assist management on recruiting and onboarding our new talent. The ideal candidate is driven and able to develop lasting relationships with candidates across functions (technology, sales, customer success, marketing, etc.) and international markets.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and driving the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across departments within Planhat.
Create and execute on comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources to hire top tier talent.
Manage and drive ad hoc internal HR initiatives as they come up.
