About the role:

Klear is growing fast and already serves 1000+ customers across 50 markets globally, but we’re just getting started. Now, we’re looking for a marketing leader to take our marketing efforts to the next level.

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This is a hands-on roll that includes management of a small team, and it combines strategy and big-picture thinking together with execution and tactics.

You will be joining a small, nimble team that’s experiencing tremendous growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of Klear’s marketing and the company as a whole.

This is a full-time remote position.

Skills & Requirements

About you:

  • Flawless communication skills. You’re a strong writer, you love to present, and you cringed when you spotted the typo in this job description.

  • Experience in planning and executing a content marketing calendar. You love jamming on newsletters, you’ve done your share of trade shows, and words like “webinars” give you the warm & fuzzies.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ABM, all things funnels, LTV / CAC, and various other acronyms.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus.

  • You learn quickly and on your own, you love the fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, sometimes crazy environment of a startup, and you’re a genuinely nice person.
