Reports to: Design and Development Manager

Location: Victoria House, Bloomsbury Square, London. With flexible home working up to three days per week.

Salary range: £25,000 - £27,000 PA

Job Purpose

  • To support the children’s teams across all imprints with art working support, file supply and problem-solving skills, across a wide range of titles, formats and customers
  • Responsibility for reprints, co-edition files, special sales, buy-ins, sales material prep and eBook file supply and queries
  • Support the team with the creation and uploading of sales material
  • Escalating problems in the correct manner and in good time to allow schedules to be achieved
  • Pre-flighting and general file problem solving
  • Sorting, tidying and archiving of files and folders
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the deadlines and schedules for file supply across the children’s list
  • Working with the co-edition sales team to supply files for their international editions
  • Art working new editions and paperbacks; amending files for special sales of our books in a wide variety of formats
  • Liaising with Production to supply files, check plotters and problem-solve file issues
  • Supplying files for reprints working in tandem with Editorial and Production
