The ideal candidate is an ambitious team player with an intrapreneurship mindset, a self-starter who is willing to dig in and own the foundation of the paid social marketing. The ideal candidate can ramp up quickly, work effectively with little oversight and prioritize and manage their work.

We are looking for a result-oriented profile to join our fully integrated in-house marketing team in an international, high-paced, and innovative environment in our Stockholm office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own creative testing process and drive collaboration between the creative and acquisition teams;
  • Develop an effective optimization process and rules to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance;
  • Drive automation in Paid Social with a focus on creative, campaign, and audience automation;
  • Act as the campaigns’ gatekeeper, ensuring all Paid Social campaigns work undertaken is driving towards overall business goal;
  • Overlook investment allocation in Paid Social to reach business performance KPIs;
  • Research and leverage Paid Social industry trends to inform marketing tactics;
  • Proactively share performance, insights, and new opportunities with the rest of the team.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in an in-house performance marketing team or performance marketing agency.
  • Previous experience managing multinational Paid Social campaigns;
  • Experience with website analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics);
  • Experience with feed management tools;
  • Experience working with performance KPIs, and clear understanding of metrics relationships while searching for the root cause in the performance changes;
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling) - strong analytical mindset;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating and interpreting Paid Social reports. Ability to explain cause-effect relationship;
  • [Is a plus] Experience with other digital marketing channels - display advertising and or paid search either as part of a marketing team or at an advertising agency.
  • [Is a plus] Ability to write SQL;
  • [Is a plus] Experience using data visualization platforms (e.g. Google Data Studio, PowerBI, etc.)

2005All started in a garage with two MX enthusiasts who wanted to change the shopping experience for their follow petrolheads.

2018Pierce announced the acquisition of MotoBuykers, a Spanish e-commerce motorcycle player, to strengthen its footprint in southern Europe.

2019Pierce opened up for sales outside Europe on our global sites 24mx.com and xlmoto.com

2020Pierce was recognized as one of the three best eCommerce companies in Sweden with the nomination as 'D-Award' finalist.

2020Pierce rolled out a new state-of-the-art ecommerce platform to further strengthen the customer experience

2020Pierce received the Sweden’s Best Managed Companies recognition, sponsored by Deloitte in cooperation with Nasdaq

2021Pierce completed an IPO and listed its shares on Nasdaq Stockholm's main market.
