As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will continue building a self-sufficient scalable CRM (Salesforce) system to support and enable the sales team's growth.

Mentimeter is a service that is loved globally, and our growth has been almost 100% organic. Sales are currently growing over 10% per month and you will be a driving force to accelerate that growth even further!

  • Hands-on daily CRM (Salesforce) operations to coordinate and ensure the best execution including:
    • Build reports & dashboards
    • Documentation of processes and architectural setup
    • Data cleaning & accuracy
    • Break fixes and CRM maintenance
  • Manage all aspects of CRM and maintain a high level of communication across the sales team
  • Responsible for continuous Salesforce trainings and onboardings
  • Identify together with the sales team salesforce bottlenecks, challenges, and implement solutions to help the sales team to add scalability, drive retention, and incremental sales
  • Evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and test CRM and tech initiatives together with TL (eg: new tool integrations, automation/optimization etc)

Skills & Requirements


  • Previous experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the CRM Operations for a growing sales team (we are planning to grow into an 80 member sales team by the end of this year)
  • Excellent English verbal, written, and communication skills. In this role, you will be interacting with many internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Tech-savvy individual
  • Logical, structured, and detail-oriented
  • You thrive in a team environment and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Admin certification on Salesforce (nice to have, not necessary)

Not required:

  • You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts 25 different nationalities!)
