Key Responsibilities

  • Be the true professional for F-Secure's retail products.
  • Provide support to Consumer customers on setup and configuration of F-Secure software via different support channels – phone, e-mail and chat.
  • Perform log analysis in order to find and resolve the root cause of any issues reported by the customers.
  • Work together with F-Secure Labs to combat malicious programs (malware).
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of how security applications work.
  • Further develop general IT technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Be part of a global team in Customer Care that works around the clock to provide assistance to all customers around the world.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence future product improvement and development.
  • Develop your skills in handling flustered customers.
  • Advise the customer on how to stay safe on the Internet.

What are we looking for?

  • Diploma and/or Degree in IT.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with a neutral accent.
  • Additional language would be an added advantage.
  • Experienced working in an international contact center.
  • Knowledge of basic firewall configurations, antivirus scanning, cloud architecture.
  • Good technical understanding of PCs, Mobiles and online services.
  • Ability to explain difficult topics in layman’s terms.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Privacy and security mindset in today’s digital world.
  • Sounds pleasant.
  • Have the patience of a saint.
  • Able to multitask and assist several customers at the same time.
  • Willing to work in 24-hr/7-day shift rotation.
