As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with focus on tech recruitment, you will play a vital role in making sure that our product team has the right people on board at the right time. You will recruit a variety of roles and seniority levels within engineering & development, user interface design, user experience and product management, and more.
At Mentimeter, our hiring managers are responsible for the “what”-part of the recruitment (identify hiring needs, create job ads, evaluate technical tests and business cases, conduct most of the interviews, etc) while Talent Acquisition is responsible for the process and timeline and acts as recruitment experts and sounding board.

In this role you will work closely together with other Talent Acquisition Specialists at Mentimeter, to develop processes, learn from each other and divide the workload. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director.
