Haglöfs is recruiting an interim HR Business Partner to our head office in Alvik, Stockholm, Sweden.

We are now recruiting an interim HR Business Partner to cover up for a parental leave for a year. You will report directly to the HR Director and be part of a growing HR team and be part of a truly exciting jourrney.

As our HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in successfully developing and leading HR practices and objectives that will provide a high-performance culture – and in helping us to succeed through a period of both extensive growth and intense transformation. The logic of retail is changing - and we have every intention of navigating very successfully through that transition. For all the obvious reasons, HR has a key role to play in the exciting transformation that we are in. We hope that you share our passion and want to come and join our great team on this journey.

You will work closely with the HR Director on developing processes and initiatives that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

More specifically you will:

  • Support line managers in HR related issues
  • Be responsible for one or more HR areas on global level, the areas are divided between HRBP and HR Director
  • Have main responsibility for the recruitment process
  • Take the lead on administration of new hires and introductions/onboarding of new staff

Together with the HR Director you will:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Establish and develop the HR team to take the next level
  • Drive initiatives to revitalize and further strengthen our culture
  • Looking after our upskilling/re-skilling agenda and connecting this to our L&D agenda
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Maintain and develop value-adding compensation and benefits program
  • Oversee and manage performance management processes that drives high performance
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Drive collaboration with the unions, leading union negotiations whenever needed
  • Further strengthen Haglöfs leadership principals
  • Further build on our values (curious, reliable, proud) in all processes
  • Other duties and project work as required

Skills & Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent preferably within HR and/or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5 years broad HR experience
  • Eagerness to learn and improve, constantly looking for better ways of working with a positive, solution-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Driving results, change and development with positive energy, empathy and a sense of togetherness
  • Strategic understanding - ability to see the bigger picture and to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Lack of prestige and willingness to also take on more operational HR tasks
  • Team-player with ability to build and manage trust-based relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written

This is a temporary full-time position during the period 1st of December 2021 until 31st of December 2022.
