That is why we are looking for a Supply Chain Senior Manager who can take the lead in building and managing domains of our global Supply Chain.

The ambition and the role of the Logistics team is to build a world-class supply chain that will match the best in the industry - enabling the company’s growth journey into a truly global tech company. The team holds the responsibility for our global fulfillment network and processes - enabling competitive service levels and customer-centric delivery, return and repair options around the World. The team’s priorities are always to meet customer expectations, but as these are often changing and differing across channels and geographies - it’s our job to make sure we set up a delivery network that is responsive, flexible, and resilient. About the role
As a Supply Chain Senior Manager you will take a central role in the team:

  • You will be assigned a clear mandate and responsibility to build and manage our reverse supply chain practice. This includes identifying and managing selected partners, securing smooth reverse logistics operations, customer-centric returns policies and handling, sustainable refurbishment and repairs offerings, securing alignment between sales channels, taking ownership to support technology, and leading internal processes and teams.

  • At the same time you will be a central contributor to a wider range of development projects in the Supply Chain domain, as well as across the company.

  • You will take a role as a leader, and are expected to be both visionary, tactile, and operative in your work - when you see it fit.

  • In building the reverse logistics practice, you will be needed to both work on commercial matters like business cases, commercials discussions/negotiations, and cost-efficiency.

  • Also, the role would need to demonstrate solid project management skills and handle dependencies to the other parts of the supply chain and company initiatives.

Who are you? You are self-going and dedicated with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires a pragmatic, analytical, and team-oriented mindset, and a keen interest in logistics. The future is digital, so you would need the drive to learn and use key technology for scaling and handling operations in a good way. You have solid project management skills and are commercially oriented.
We believe that you have at least 6 years of relevant work experience within tech, international logistics, eCommerce, retail, or consulting (non-exhaustive). It would be differentiating with experience from reverse logistics from previous positions (not a hard requirement) and capabilities within supporting supply chain technology. Higher education is expected, but a mix of relevant experience can offset this requirement.
