Tiger of Sweden is currently looking an part-time Sales associate for our store at NK Women’s Department in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a Sales Associate you will embrace and demonstrate passion for the Tiger of Sweden brand philosophy. You are passionate about the craftsmanship of Retail business, fashion and great customer service. You have the ability to inspire our employees and customers by being a role model and creating an in-store experience above expectations, every day.

You have a strong drive to reach the company targets. This shows in your capacity to excel in product knowledge, service and sales. As a leader you are inspiring, competitive and determined. Sales are your passion, and you are driven by making a difference, taking responsibility and reaching high results together with your dedicated team of sales associates.

Your responsibilities and tasks as a sales associate are;

  • Analyse customer’s needs, inspire and guide them to find their perfect style, and fit to increase conversion.
  • Take responsibility for knowing the daily, weekly and monthly sales budget and key metrics.
  • Actively contribute towards the store exceeding daily, weekly sales targets and key metrics, sharing your ideas to increase the successful running of the store/department.
  • Actively work to increase additional sales.
  • Make sure visual guidelines are followed and that product presentations are up to Tiger of Sweden standards.

  • Develop strong customer relationship that will create unique customer experience and build loyalty.

  • Actively build the Tiger of Sweden Society Club and understand the values of customers to your store and the future success of the Tiger of Sweden brand

  • Demonstrate the brand culture and values every day.
