Partner Sales aims at growing and expanding our self-service channels by enabling and empowering Partners to offer our products directly to end-customers. We are continuously improving our competitive advantage​ by driving efficient customer acquisition and on-boarding by Partners in the Nordics. Partner Sales focus is to secure and extend the self-service capabilities, attract, maintain and develop the best-selling Partner ecosystem. This position is crucial to generate new business opportunities and drive growth through our Nordic partnerships and be able to continue our plan forward; to accelerate Channel Sales within the SMB segment and further expand it.

  • Manage and be the main point of contact for new and existing Solution Partners, working closely with Partners to identify and drive sales activities and business opportunities
  • Rapidly ramp up the Solution Partner Program and revenue received from the Solution Partner Channel
  • Build deeper, more strategic and sustainable partnerships with existing Partners
  • Identify, qualify, recruit, enable, develop and manage productive partnerships
  • Train, enable and onboard Partners creating a high level of awareness on current and future developments to our tech-enabled solutions
  • Ensure commitment from Partners for pipeline generation and revenue goals, focus and capabilities
  • Accountability for successful Partner business plan execution, through proactive engagement, regular team meetings, conference calls, and reviews.
  • Ensure effective pipeline management & sales forecasting

Skills & Requirements


To succeed in this position you should be forward leaning, have great sales attitude and high commercial drive with a desire to succeed and drive business. You have solid analytical and negotiation skills and you are a self-starter, structured with strong interpersonal skills and positive mind-set. You are a team player thriving in a dynamic atmosphere with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functions –i.e. Product Marketing, Product Solution, rest of Sales organization

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in partner sales, or partner account management roles (and/or a SaaS-sales person with an above average track record)
  • Proven experience and track record of driving successful sales through partners, delivering increased revenue, with ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Great communication and networking skills. You are fluent in Swedish and English. (Any additional language is a bonus, preferably Nordic)
  • Outstanding presentation, verbal and writing skills and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively across a wide range of audience levels and functions (able to do demos and explain technology)
  • Experience in software industry from a forward-leaning B2B software company is a huge plus, preferably a SaaS/Tech company with a strong partner model
  • Strong tolerance for and ability to focus and execute in a changing environment – you make things happen!
  • Key interest in generating business opportunities through partnerships and developing assigned partner accounts
  • Experience and interest in understanding partner business, customer requirements and software product features
  • Experience of CRM or similar tools and processes where data is used for operation efficiency
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant field, MBA or equivalent is an advantage
