These are the guiding stars of what we care about in the Co-Worker Experience team and are a few of things you will work on as the lead of this team. At Mentimeter Co-Worker experience has been core from the start from our month long relocations, inhouse lunch experience, to out of this world surprises. We are building a modern, friendly, and diverse product-first tech company based in Stockholm and want to continue to challenge ourselves to go beyond the ordinary. Will you help take us to the next level and beyond?


As a senior member and lead of this team, your role is to articulate and drive what a good experience looks and feels like when working at Mentimeter, making sure everyone belongs.

  • High-level strategic and hands-on execution work with the employee journey and experiences that will embed our values in the ‘moments that matter’. Including office, events, celebrations, hybrid friendly work environment, onboarding, conferences, re-location and more

  • Lead the Co-X team;

    • Vision, goals, retros and everyday coaching

    • Planning for growth and future roles, planning of resources, time and responsibilities within the team

  • Owning the budget for Co-X-team, including our office, events and re-location

  • Crafting internal communication strategy, frameworks, and wikis to help everyone have a frictionless experience in finding information. Evaluate and implement communication tools and make sure information is accurate

  • Lead your team to use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of employee experience programs and provide recommendations to improve future strategies

  • Lead projects throughout the year ensuring the right stakeholders are included and communicated with. This will require great collaboration and strong influence across the organization

  • Be an internal ambassador for our culture and core values, and build a genuine connection, feeling of excitement, and a strong sense of belonging across all employees

  • Be part of setting the strategic agenda of People & Culture at Mentimeter. Engage in cross collaboration with People Growth Team and Talent Acquisition Team

Skills & Requirements


The ideal candidate is someone who is full of energy, passion, and thinks about people first. You love to think creatively and outside of the box, approaching challenges with a Be Humble and Have Fun approach.

  • 5+ years of working with employee experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment

  • 3+ years of managerial and leadership experience:

    • Have a proven track record in leading and developing teams and individuals and creating a high performing, engaging and long term sustainable culture

    • An ability to listen to, inspire and empower your team

    • Diagnosing pain points for your team and guiding how to go from good to great

    • 18 month roadmap of how to scale your team

  • Experience designing, creating, and/or implementing:

    • Employee experience strategies based on vision and goals and turning a strategy into executable plans

    • Ways to optimize and improve the work environment for a scaling organization

    • Using values and strong purpose to create inclusive, meaningful and memorable moments

    • Internal communication frameworks, using internal wikis, and frictionless information systems

    • Facilitating workshops and training

    • Budgets to for large and small scale projects

  • Financial and budget responsibilities for a

    • Bigger functional area, including planning, executing, and follow up

    • Vendor/ supplier management and negotiations

  • Stakeholder management

  • You are well organised, have a strong attention to detail and you take care in starting and finishing your work to completion

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English

Today our Co-X Team consists of office vibe manager, employee experience manager and tech guru. They are in charge of the office, vendors, lunch, events, relocation and internal communication and systems. The role as Co-X Lead will report to Anna Gullstand, VP People.
