What you will be doing
Manage 2-3 client accounts
Develop client relationships, planning long-term strategies and activations
Plan and deliver sales goals for your clients
Identify and activate long-term business opportunities for your clients
Work with a wide range of projects -- from brand strategy, design, film production, PR and social activation to developing digital products and platforms.
Create proposals and pitch them -- both to new and existing clients
Mentor junior colleagues working in your team
Help develop our account department and working methods
Who you are
Possess excellent client management skills
Come with 6+ years' experience at a communication agency or similar
Get a kick out of closing a deal and enjoy the “business” side of working at an agency
Understand our entire offering – from brand strategy and communication to developing digital products and platforms – and what it takes to succeed
Enjoy a variety of tasks and juggling several ongoing projects at the same time
Have excellent written and spoken presentation skills. English is our working language.
