Job Description

Do you thrive in a high-energy work environment that’s buzzing film quotes and the next upcoming film premiere? We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our SF Studios’ Oslo office!

Within our great team, we are working with both film- and TV distribution and production. We are distributing our own productions as well as external productions, ranging from independent films to the latest Hollywood premieres.

This is a temporary role from September 2021 until December 2022 to cover for a parental leave.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support the whole theatrical team with sales and marketing activities. You will be an important part for our team and our success. Among other things, your will be responsible for:

  • Ordering, localizing, updating and approving marketing and sales material
  • Collecting information, coordinate and update all external and internal web channels
  • Making sure all approval processes are maintained and conducted within deadlines for all partners
  • Coordinating press screenings and report reviews/press info to all rightsholders
  • Coordinating different sales- and ad-hoc tasks
  • Reporting sales- and marketing activities to all relevant partners
  • Supporting different Events and movie premieres
  • Coordinating the dispatch of all kinds of marketing materiel

Skills and requirements
To be our perfect match, we think you:

  • Are fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Have a Bachelor’s in Marketing Administration or equivalent
  • Overall good understanding of IT applications and MS Office

As a person, we believe you are structured and self-driven with a high focus on quality and deadlines. You are service-minded with a can-do attitude. You have good communication skills, both written and spoken. We are a small team of 10, therefore a positive attitude is a must to fit in our family!
