We are looking for a Product Design Manager to join our growing team. Being a design leader at Mentimeter means you play a big part in shaping our team, the way we work, how we define our roles and how we help people grow and succeed, while coaching the crafting of the product experience together with our partners in Product and Engineering.

To thrive in this role as a Product Design Manager, we believe you are someone who loves the craft of design, has a solid background doing the work, but has found the passion of enabling others to succeed in their design craft. You are still passionate about design as a craft and care about the details of digital product design, but your focus lies in coaching and critiquing, and exploring design on a strategic level.
You are triggered by scaling design - as a craft, as a team and as a function within the product organization. Coming from a product organization, you feel comfortable around change and thrive when trusted to drive part of this change in a growing team and organisation.
Of course you are someone passionate about the space of presentation software, innovative digital solutions and the realm of Software as a Service, eager to keep up with industry trends and thinking about the future experiences of engaging interactions.
