We are looking for associates to strengthen our great team in the Hague working in the Central Western Europe (CWE) region. You either come straight from university or with a couple of years of work experience.

The team is based across two offices, in Berlin and the Hague, and part of the CWE hub covering Benelux, Germany and Switzerland. The CWE team consists of 15+ consultants with a strong track record and we are now looking for our new colleague to join the team.

We deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, transport and energy. Our clients’ business is often driven by digitalization, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes e.g. market entry and growth strategy, M&A, investor roadshows, public affairs, supply chain, sales channel set-up and partner acquisition.

What do we expect from you?

To help us further grow in these areas, we are currently looking to expand the team with a driven associate, based in the Hague. You are interested in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in CWE, as well as the rest of Europe and globally.

If you have professional experience from the CWE region and/or working experience from a consulting or business development role, it is a plus. You will be working in project teams collecting, analysing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market.

You will contribute in supporting senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions. We have a strong and dedicated team, and we set the bar high for applicants’ aptitude in analysing market drivers as well as interacting with senior corporate leaders.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have a higher academic degree, either a Bachelor of Science or preferably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration from a well-regarded school
  • You either come straight from university or have a few years of relevant working experience, preferably from a renowned management consultant or global industrial firm
  • You have experience from an international context from studying and/or working
  • You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges
  • You have strong social and team-working skills and cultural adaptiveness
  • You preferably have experience in conducting sales of services and enjoy sales challenges
  • You write and speak English fluently and have proficiency also in spoken Dutch and German. Proficiency in Swedish is meriting
