This is what you will do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a part of our internal recruitment function and focus on recruiting specialists and managers, mainly to our Swedish businesses. As an expert in your field, you will provide our managers, business leaders, and HR-partners with high-quality support and advise to ensure the entire recruitment process is handled successfully.
In this position, you will be a specialist in the art of recruiting and the process, rather than only recruit to one narrow area or category. This means you will be driving end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates externally, covering a vast range of categories such as production, operations, HR, marketing, sales, IT, supply chain, finance and more. Lantmännen Group consists of five sectors, which in turn hold several different businesses and companies, and you will have the benefit of getting to know most of them!
The recruitment function is currently growing and is part of Lantmännen Group HR & Communication. Our colleagues at the department work with closely related processes and tools like employer branding, competence- & leadership development, external communication and social media, performance management, diversity, values, and internal communication system such as our intranet.
For this position you can either join us at our head office in Stockholm or at one of our offices in Malmö and you will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Under normal circumstances, some traveling to our offices and production sites in Sweden might occur. The position is initially limited to one year but with a good chance of being extended.
