We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen our People & Culture team at ARC. The Talent Acquisition Manager will support all our companies in finding and recruiting new talents to their continuously growing teams.

We believe you have done something similar before and have the proven ability to drive entire search and selection processes, including keeping candidates and stakeholder dialogues throughout the process.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In your role, you will drive the entire search and selection process together with stakeholders at our group companies. You need to be able to quickly understand the needs and prevailing conditions at our companies to make the right candidate search and selection decisions. It demands proactive self-leadership and the ability to independently steer activities to drive the recruiting process forward.

We want you to be able to work independently, but always in close cooperation with other stakeholders. In your role, you will advise our companies in taking informed recruiting decisions and we want you to be able to challenge stakeholders in a professional way.

Main tasks involve:

  • writing candidate profiles in close dialogue with stakeholders at our group companies

  • search for and scan candidates based on set requirements in candidate profiles

  • take the initial dialogue with candidates

  • advise internal stakeholders based on your findings

In this role, you are an important ambassador for ARC and all our group companies, and it is important that you understand the impact you have on all candidates you talk and meet with.

You will be a part of our fantastic People & Culture team, where recruiting is one main activity. You will participate in relevant internal meetings and contribute with input and your expertise.

You will have the possibility to grow in your role and learn more about our group companies’ specific needs and challenges. You will have the opportunity to become more and more involved in the interview phase of the recruitment process. The role can also, depending on your earlier experience, develop into taking an overall responsibility for the entire recruitment process at ARC.

Skills & Requirements

  • A few years of experience from executive search, driving search and selection processes

  • Experience from executive search consulting firm or inhouse talent acquisition team

  • Experience in writing and quality checking candidate profiles for search activities

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner

  • You should be confident in your candidate recommendations to internal stakeholders

  • A service minded attitude, always wanting to deliver quality to involved stakeholders and of course handle all candidate dialogues with respect for the individual

  • The rhetoric ability to present a role to a candidate in a nice and clear way

  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English
