Ensuring global regulatory compliance with worldwide invoicing and tax mandates is a central business challenge for organizations operating in multiple geographies. Regulations around invoice receipt and sending as well as tax compliance vary vastly between countries, and in practice any organization needs to understand and deal with all local and cross-border requirements. Since compliance in these areas is complex, fragmented, and constantly changing, we are searching for Compliance Manager to be responsible of legal compliance Basware of Network Products and services.
In this position you will be:
Supporting Product Managers as part of product development process in questions regarding product compliance
Supporting Sales/Pre-Sales, Delivery, Support & CSMs in compliance support requests e.g. helping in answering RFPs regarding compliance
Owning & updating internal compliance assets like Compliance Country Guide and Compliance SharePoint page
Owning & updating external compliance assets like Compliance Homepage, Newsletter and E-Invoicing Compliance Map
Training internal stakeholders about compliance knowledge e.g. delivery consultants and CSMs
Providing regular compliance updates to key stakeholders like Product Managers, CSMs, Consultants, etc.
Participating customer meetings as compliance expert
The successful candidate will have:
Passion for working with legal tax compliance
Understanding of e-invoicing services and customer requirements
Experience on service development and management
Ability to work independently and meet the agreed deadlines
Strong networking and communication skills – fluent spoken and written English is a must
High level of self-initiative, enjoy taking responsibility and deliver steady results even under pressure
End-to-end mindset and capability to think outside box
