Following the successful launch of our second-generation paper tablet, which has been named as one of TIME's "100 Best Innovations of 2020", we’re facing new challenges and opportunities as we expand into the global arena. That’s why we’re looking to expand our People&Culture team with Recruitment Advisors. Together we will find and secure world-class talent so we can continue to create powerful technology for better thinking.

You will be successful in our team if you are proactive and collaborative, show grit and get triggered by driving things forward. On a day to day basis you can expect to:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment processes for hiring managers.
  • Be the go-to person in reMarkable to fill critical/hard to fill roles.
  • Partner with department leads and People advisors to understand business objectives and talent needs.
  • Proactively use your sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent
  • Manage multiple searches and recruitment processes, supporting several Hiring managers at any one time.
  • Provide excellent candidate management.
  • Be a sparring partner for your hiring managers and guide them throughout the hiring process.

Further tasks and responsibilities

  • Help to innovate and push the People team to continue to deliver a world class employee experience
  • Contribute to People&Culture oriented projects like; workforce planning, driving employer branding agenda for your area, identify projects and initiatives to improve our People roadmap.

Skills & Requirements

We believe you have

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, preferably with a background in executive search and/or in a fast scaling environment
  • A proven track record in landing critical and/or hard to fill roles independently
  • Strength in providing a first class candidate experience
  • Structure & ability to prioritize workload and manage a busy schedule
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • English and preferably a scandinavian language skills at a business level
  • Experience with candidate sourcing platforms such as Stackoverflow and Linkedin recruiter is a pluss
  • A degree in something you find interesting. Significant relevant work experience can make up for a relevant qualification like a university degree
