As the head of performance marketing, your main responsibility is to understand the needs and dreams of our potential customers and users, and translate that into effective marketing. You will work closely with the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, and together you will further develop the company’s overall marketing strategy. You will continuously refine the company’s value proposition and help grow our brand.
The work will be highly data-driven and based on testing hypotheses iteratively in order to reach out to ever larger shares of our target audience. The goal is to engage and convert these to users and paying customers.

Define overall marketing and media strategy and roadmap to drive growth across all media including traditional, digital, and organic
Work data-driven and iteratively with content production plan and placement across all media to maximize ROI
Enable and improve regular reporting of KPIs across marketing channels and contribute to overall company OKRs
Create high quality content, and engage and include the rest of the company in this effort
Define and grow brand metrics
Establish partnerships to get Solution Seeker’s name, brand and product vision out to the market
Support recruiting efforts within marketing and beyond
The following will probably be helpful
A BSc or MSc within engineering, data analytics/ data science, marketing, or business administration
2+ years of work experience
Passion for digital products, technology, and an openness to radical change
Comfortable working with marketing on a conceptual level as well as implementing the details
Knowledge and experience with google analytics or similar tools for data collection and analysis
Good communications skills in English and Norwegian

2007Research into optimization of O&G production systems on top of existing simulators. Work was primarily done as part of a large research program at NTNU called the IO Center.
2013Solution Seeker was spun-out of the IO Center to further develop and commercialize the promising findings from the previous research.
2014We obtained our first industrial partners ConocoPhillips and Neptune Energy.
2018Five clients are on board and Solution Seeker technology is getting more and more mature. The company is expanding and getting ready for larger scale commercialization and internationalization.
2019We moved into new, beautiful offices in the center of Oslo, with plenty of space to grow. Client list is expanding and we have landed our first international contracts. Three new colleagues have joined our team so far in 2019.
