Do you excel in administration and have a passion for films and TV series? Look no further - we are now looking for a Rights & Royalty Coordinator to join our Licensing Sales & Rights team!
Our film and TV rights are crucial to us – therefore it is safe to say that our Licensing Sales & Rights team is at the heart of our business. They are responsible for handling all our rights, exploiting them as well as reporting to the rights holders their royalty shares. As our new Rights & Royalty Coordinator, you are an important part of our team as you will make sure that our agreements are handled in a good way!
Responsibilities As Rights & Royalty Coordinator, you will be responsible for making sure that our agreements are registered correctly to enable royalty payments and rights exploitation. You will also support our licensing sales team with administrative tasks. More specifically, you will:
Handle and register Rights and royalty in our Rights and Royalty management system for our co-productions and distribution agreements
Work closely with our right holders and business controllers
Be responsible for the data in our Rights and Royalty Management System Filmtrack by making sure the data is up-to-date and well structured.
Archive digital and physical agreements
Together with IT drive improvement initiatives in Filmtrack and test new versions when needed
Analyze/interpret agreements in English and Swedish
Support our licensing sales team with e.g with registering sales agreements and by collecting and updating the information that is needed in the sales process.
The position is based in our Stockholm office and the role reports to the Head of Licensing Sales & Rights.
Requirements To be successful in this role, we think you:

Have experience working with administration
Are used to and comfortable with working in different data systems
Are fluent in Swedish and English
