The role

The Azure Architect role positions itself within our Cloud Unit, a newly formed highly specialized team dedicated to providing Cloud, DevOps and efficient application delivery services to our customers. As an Azure Architect, you will be a key player in designing technology solutions that meet clients’ business needs, as they move existing solutions onto cloud or develop new solutions directly there. You know how to design flexible, cost efficient and secure cloud solutions that utilize the service portfolio offered by Microsoft.


What is needed to be successful in this role:

  • Experience with solution architecture, particularly approaches that are relevant to designing Azure cloud-native solutions and moving existing applications onto the Azure platform
  • Developer skills with at least some experience in Java, as the role involves some hands-on development as part of the team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English - Finnish language is very much appreciated but not an absolute requirement
  • General interest in learning and adapting to new technologies and environments

Having previous consulting experience is appreciated, but not required.
