We are looking for a skilled Professional Advisor in Digital Learning to join our Global People and organization team. At the heart of our people strategy is to build the careers, capabilities and skills of the people within Hurtigruten. Our goal is to cultivate the talent of our workforce, to actively support, development and enable our people’s potential.
The digital learning function will be an instrumental part of the People and Organization team. You will be reporting to the Head of Leadership, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, but expected to engage with management and employees a cross functions.
Your role will be to support the organisation in streamlining and optimizing our digital learning offerings. Experience creating engaging content, covering process and behavioral change would be ideal, and if you’re looking to apply then a track record running design workshops and sign off meetings would be great!
How you can make an impact?
By leading , managing, and executing on design, development and delivery and/or commissioning of a range of educational and development digital programs and resources
Through engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across Hurtigruten to develop and support the embedding of training programs that help close the skills gap in line with current and developing priorities
By contributing to establishing, implementing and evaluating relevant frameworks and education pathways, to ensure equity of access to education and relevant learning and development opportunities
Establishing statistics and reports on evaluation and uptake of learning portfolio to contribute to agility of empowerment

2016Hurtigruten doubles its capacity in Antarctica. Now both MS Fram and MS Midnatsol spend the winter in Antarctic waters.
2015Hurtigruten expands the fleet with an explorer vessel. The fleet now counts 13 vessels.
