Job Description

Planhat is looking for an experienced Field and Customer Enablement Manager to join us on our journey as we build the next Customer Platform for B2B companies. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. As a Field and Enablement Manager, you will partner with Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to create scalable content that can be leveraged to train both our employees (Sales and Customer Success) as well as our customers to become experts and self-sufficient in their use of the Planhat product. You will create structured training programs, and online micro-learning courses. You will explore new frontiers in learning and be innovative in your delivery approach to maximize consumption and retention of your content.

You will ensure that our customers understand how to use Planhat's products to realize their goals. Your success requires comfort explaining technically complex concepts in a relatable way, engaging diverse customer teams, and a willingness to help us develop and scale our reach through various learning approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Create online training courses for the different Planhat modules using modalities such as videos, quizzes, hands on, in-app learning, and more
  • Lead product training sessions for customers and Planhat team members
  • Evaluate customer learning and adoption. Make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Create instructional materials (presentations, course outlines, exercises, and homework assignments)
  • Collect feedback from customer stakeholders and students on effectiveness of training in reaching customer self sufficiency, and in quality of content
  • Research and recommend innovative learning techniques to maximize impact and retention of training materials
