Join Capgemini as an Agile Project Manager Applications and help us in successfully delivering innovative digital projects in an agile way.

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary and often transnational team, a mix of local and international colleagues with different cultures, backgrounds and expertise. All sharing the same goal: to come up with the best advice and working software solutions for our clients.

Our Cloud & Custom Applications unit, focused on application development and integration, will welcome you to take an important part in managing our agile projects. We’re all about connecting the dots in architectures, and to do that we push the limits of technology and continuously challenge ourselves and our clients.

Your core responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate our teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that meet our clients’ needs using agile techniques

• Manage the delivery of agile projects across the full lifecycle; from sales-handover, through inception and delivery through to project close-down

• Own the project aspects, including budget, timescale, resource, scope, risk and quality parameters and take responsibility for progress and other reporting to the customer and Capgemini.

• Lead the definition, scoping and planning for a project – working closely with key roles in the team (i.e. senior business analyst, lead architect, s/w engineering lead, DevOps lead and QA).

• Work successfully and attentive with your client to understand their needs and deliver value for the client and Capgemini

• Through an understanding of our customers’ business needs and Capgemini offerings, identifying new delivery opportunities to our customers.

• Be part of a Capgemini Project Management and wider community contributing to winning new work, shape contracts, resource projects and mentor our talent pool

Our expectations:

• Proven experience in managing custom software delivery projects
• Experience with the agile way of working
• Certifications are always a plus, as well as experience in a distributed, multi-country team setup
• A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
• Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
• A native speaker of French and/or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
• Resident in Belgium
