As a Digital Marketer you’ll be running local digital marketing activities in Finland together with the rest of the sales & marketing team. You will be tasked with helping the company ensure it continues to thrive by executing a marketing strategy across multiple channels which is designed to attract new clients to the business while building brand awareness in the community.
In this role your responsibility is to design and implement digital marketing activities and optimize our presence in digital channels by ensuring visibility in chosen target groups. You will optimize marketing productivity based on data driven insights and ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES & WORK TASKS
Works closely with local sales team, Country Manager, Key Account Management team and Vaimo Global marketing team, to ensure that there is a marketing plan in place, plays an integral role executing the plan and manages the local marketing budget
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), together with the rest of the team
Identify any trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Plans and executes digital sales focused events, such as conferences and webinars
Manages the local Vaimo website, by translating if and where needed and adding local content if and where needed. Measures local web traffic, engagement and SEO-results, individually and/or together with our SEO / SEM partner.
Plans, creates and manages local social media campaigns and ensures it’s on brand and withholds the right tone of voice
Owns the relationships with local Vaimo ecosystem partner marketing - making sure there is a co-marketing plan in place and included in the overall marketing plan for the country
Helps to foster data-driven culture and decision making
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Fluent Finnish required, both verbal and written.
Driven, self-starter, detail-oriented and problem solver
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, time management skills and must have the desire to learn and grow
Understanding of how to create market awareness and generate leads for agency services, digital projects and consultation services in the B2B-domain in a way which is aligned with overall strategy, positioning and tone-of-voice
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Strong copywriting skills
Knowledge in social media trends & strong understanding of relevant social media platforms in B2B-context
Feels comfortable working at an international company and collaborating across borders
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Relevant degree in marketing or other applicable degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of industry/relevant professional experience, agency environment and specifically digital commerce experience is highly desirable
