General Summary

IglooBooks (part of Bonnier Books UK) is looking for a Billing Co-ordinator to join their busy finance team in Sywell. Responsible for providing timely invoicing and credit notes to the customer on a daily basis with a large focus around month-end billing.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Daily reviewing and processing of invoices and credit notes for the customer
  • Regularly liaising with operations and sales on sales orders and sales order-book
  • Maintaining invoicing and credit note logs
  • Assisting credit control with any customer queries
  • Adhoc analysis & reporting for Financial Controller

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

A background of working within a finance team on the sales ledger, or a finance administrative role would be an advantage, but not necessary as extensive training will be given. A good knowledge of Microsoft office would be useful (Excel, Word, Outlook). Require someone with good communication and organisational skills and a good eye for detail.
