Utilizing your distinct relationship management and your extensive process know how you will ensure a high-level service quality while supporting our retailers and sales team within their day to day business.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for Germany/Austria allocated in Oberhaching from September 1st.

Core competence Customer Service

  • Monitor inventory fluctuations and understand systems logic to ensure optimal order fulfillment
  • Perform orderbook maintenance as it pertains to the wholesale business model
  • Report and troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues
  • Manage wholesale orders on a daily basis: enter orders, follow up with adjustments and cancellations, order
  • confirmation, block order handling
  • Customer Contact. Email/telephone
  • Work in conjunction with the credit department to establish new accounts and create pro forma invoices/prepayment
  • oversee financial status together with sales ledger
  • Maintain ongoing and proactive communication to wholesale accounts and sales representatives regarding system
  • updates, supply issues, shipping timelines, backordered products and cancelled items
  • Provide help and support to local sales team mainly in the daily relationships with dealers & order management
  • Participation and supportive preparation of customer events & fairs
  • Claims & Return handling

Office Management

  • postal, contracts, translations, payment- reminders, office supplies, showrooms, staff kitchen

Skills & Requirements

  • Language Skills: fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Dealer Service
  • Advanced level of computer skills (knowledge of Excel and ERP a must, Powerpoint would be a plus)
  • Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong identification with the Haglöfs Vision and Values
