Day-to-day management operations of our office, including:
Greeting visitors at the front door and managing shipping and receiving.
Keeping the office stocked with all required supplies, snacks, coffee, etc.
Owning office cleanliness and organization.
Developing and maintaining office systems and processes to continuously optimize efficiencies across all departments.
Managing direct communications with building management regarding items specific to our suite as well as updates regarding the building and local events.
Be the go-to person for everyday employee needs, including:
Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires: ordering ID badges, confirming workstation is properly setup, ordering back checks.
Assisting and directing employees to the right person regarding facility matters.
Assisting the various local teams with administrative tasks, including:
o Monitoring vendor inquiries to ensure invoices are paid on time and to maintain strong vendor relations.
o Ordering catered lunches when approved.
o Maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies.
o Assisting in setting up office visitors with ID badges.
Assisting in planning team outings and socials and will generally have your finger on the pulse of office culture at the same time.
Help the organization in Return to office plans, manage office layouts, maintain calendars, assist stakeholders across various locations with office supplies and other return to work deliverables as assigned.
Help organizing with local charities during the holiday season and potentially implement new charitable event opportunities for staff.
Skills & Requirements
Who you are:
You have a bachelor’s degree and prior experience handling office manager responsibilities and/or customer support, preferably in a tech company.
You are highly resourceful and enjoy solving problems and being of service.
You are detail oriented and take pride in having strong organizational skills.
You are social, have a great sense of humor, and like to have fun; you are accessible but discreet; you are trustworthy and possess strong integrity.
You are entrepreneurial and a hustler and you do whatever it takes to get the job done and enjoy being in the trenches.
