This is where we of the People and Culture Team play a major role in coaching the Qvikies and making sure they have all the tools and support they need to get where they want to grow as professionals.

In this role, you will get to really delve into vital comms & people matters.
To keep our Qvikies in the right mindset, we need someone to listen to them and check our tone with us. You will be helping us to build up better internal learning offerings and e-learning environments. And that’s not all—we want to find someone who also helps us ensure a top-notch employee experience over the whole employment cycle.
We also need to ensure that important organizational news are shared and discussed internally with our people. We already have communications processes and guidelines within Qvik, but as a growth company, we are constantly looking for more efficient ways to be better at this.
And don’t forget the events! We are pretty good at setting up and hosting professional events and parties, and once it’s safe again, you’ll get to be a part of this as well.
A bit more about you
This is a trainee position, so we don't expect you to have an extensive career path behind you. However, we see a degree of work experience—especially within learning & development—as a great advantage. You are ideally a final-year student at Uni or a polytechnic, majoring in organization and leadership, marketing, or communications, who can jump into our team for 5 days/week from the end of July ‘till December 2021.
You will be gathering relevant data from our people via surveys, questionnaires, and interviews. This is where your knowledge of qualitative research methods and good people skills come into play. The data needs to be analyzed for our learning offerings and e-learning activities, too. You'll also help our TA team with the onboarding of new Qvikies and saying goodbye to leaving ones. We are known for setting up some cool events and meetups, and you'll be helping our Heidi and Jari with this.
Qvik is a growth company, and people here have a growth mindset. We would love to see that spark in your eyes for development and doing things better, too. We always have many balls in the air here in the People & Culture team, so the ability to be your own project manager is essential. But don't worry, we do things as a team and help you rock in your role.
To ace this position, you need excellent spoken and written English and Finnish skills to interview people and create relevant and fluent content for our internal channels. Previous experience of Slack and all communication skills with GIFs are also a big plus (we love them).

We will offer you a salary of 2,500–3,000 euro depending on your previous experience.
