We are looking for a City Manager to join our team in Tampere, Finland on our mission to make buying and selling homes fast and simple.
What you will do:
Building and managing a team of real estate professionals.
Managing our local investment portfolio with full P&L responsibility.
Representing Kodit.io in Tampere e.g. in local media, proptech sector events etc.
Establishing and managing relationships with real estate agencies, renovation contractors, construction developers, and other partners.
Providing input to our technology team to improve Kodit.io tools and customer experience.
Attributes of an ideal candidate:
Experience in managing your own business.
Experience and knowledge of the local real estate ecosystem
Experience in investment funds and financial assets management.
Interest in new technologies.
These will help you to succeed in this role:
Proven track record of leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sense of ownership and responsibility.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a high-growth environment.
Fluency in Finnish and English.
