We’re currently looking for a new Engineering Manager and leader to join us and help us develop our product organization and make our product even more appealing to our more than 200 million users.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the well-being and personal development of members of our engineering team. You will lead engineers through career coaching, 360 evaluations, hiring & onboarding, education planning, and hands-on mentoring. To do this well, you will be working closely with other leaders in our product organization and you’ll be supported by other line managers in the company - we all gather weekly to ensure Mentimeter is successful and make sure people enjoy their time here.
You will also be a spokesperson for modern, agile, collaborative, and pragmatic software development methods. We always strive to improve our development culture and it would be great if you want to contribute to this journey.
