Basware global HR function has distinct streams for HR Business Partnering, Local HR Management, HR Shared Service Centre and Centre of Excellence (CoE) hubs for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Performance and Reward. The role of the Senior HR Business Partner resides within the HR Business Partnering pillar.
We are now seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a one-year fixed-term contract to work in a global role to support our Customer Services business function. You will be part of the global HR team as well as an active member of the Customer Services Management Team. Customer Services business function has employees in all the 14 countries where Basware has operations. It delivers customer implementation projects and provides services that help Basware customers adopt, manage, optimize, and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services.
As Senior HR Business Partner you are a trusted advisor to the functional Senior Leader developing and implementing the HR business plan seamlessly. We are looking for a candidate who can handle both the big picture and details, enjoys the strategic as well as the operational part of the job, and possesses a pragmatic and systematic way of working knowing how to steer and work in a globally distributed agile organization.
The preferred location is Espoo or Tampere but can also be fully remotely in Finland.
The role is full-time and fixed-term – from Aug/Sep 2021 to Aug/Sep 2022.
