Meet the team:

The Marketing team at Meltwater directly contributes to the business by engaging with existing clients and prospects to convert them as leads to generate sales. Supporting a fast growing team of media experts, we are constantly on the lookout for the latest trends and updates, staying ahead of the game and pushing boundaries. Our day to day includes not only connecting with the sales teams, but also data analysis and creating deliverables, and helping build engagement with our clients through field marketing and digital marketing.

As a result of our rapid growth in the wider APAC region, Meltwater is looking for the perfect fit for a new and dynamic role. The successful candidate will have the expertise and the experience to take our Design efforts to the next level. We provide full training and development to bring you up to speed with our product and wider organisational goals - combining this with your skills and expertise to set you up for success.

Role: APAC Creative Designer, Marketing

As the Creative Designer for APAC, you will have full responsibility for all visual design across the region. You should have a deep understanding of visual design for Marketing and know what strategies to use, to bring Meltwater to the front of the pack in a highly competitive environment.

What You'll Do:

Video

  • 2D motion graphics (product videos, animated title cards, GIFs)
  • Videography (filming, editing, and subtitling interviews, events)
  • Conceptualise and execute storyboards for video project

Design and Creation

  • Support field marketing and other stakeholders with PPT decks, web banners, and promotional collateral
  • Create professional use cases, ebooks, and industry reports
  • Create product-related brochures and infographics

You will have to:

  • Collaborate extensively with the marketing department and other stakeholders
  • Produce creative content to market our brand and product effectively
  • Have an expert understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PSD, AE, INDD) and how to export files for various web formats
  • Manage multiple projects at a time
  • Purchase and maintain equipment
  • Act as a strong partner with our marketing and sales organisations

Who You are:

  • Diploma, degree or professional education qualification in multimedia design, communications, or any related field
  • 1 year of professional experience as a Videographer/ Editor
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Native English fluency and ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Fresh graduates with internship, creative agency, or freelance experience are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of marketing or marketing-related work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Proficiency in photo-editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is preferred
  • Technical proficiency in and strong knowledge of video production equipment and creative processes is a plus
  • Great organisational and project management skills
  • A creative individual who is a problem-solver
  • Reliable and able to work independently. Ability to take ownership of projects and produce high quality work with minimum supervision
  • Enjoy working in collaboration with people of diverse backgrounds and expertise.
  • A passion for Meltwater’s brand, Technology and Media, and personal interest in what is trending
  • Willing to travel within sufficient notice
  • Must be currently residing in Singapore
