Job Description

Planhat is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing Customer Success. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase.

As a Customer Success Associate at Planhat you will be working with leading SaaS companies and be their trusted advisor in everything related to customer success. We're looking for a passionate person that can make a direct connection between our customers' goals and how our platform is used. You will configure Planhat to drive key processes, build relationships and drive business results for our customers.

You will be working with a team of Customer Success Managers, supporting a portfolio of customers in their initial implementation and integration phase, educating customers about new functionalities, best practices, industry developments, helping to create content that can scale across our customer base, and help increase the value Planhat delivers to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive our customers' success, focusing on accelerated time to value
  • Support the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, success and renewal
  • Drive usage by Planhat users, analyze customer behavior, and drive outcomes
  • Deliver content, education, and solutions at scale across our customer base
  • Manage renewals, expansion, and churn
  • Work with our technology, marketing, and sales team to meet our customers' expectations

Skills & Requirements

  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Tech savvy with entrepreneurial mindset: Curious about technology, understanding of SaaS companies in a hyper growth phase, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • University degree (business, engineering or similar), and internship experience from fast-growing tech, management consulting or similar preferred
  • Analytical, organized and solutions oriented, potentially with hands-on experience from technical consulting or solution implementation (CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Effective communicator, which includes being a great listener and observer as well as a great strong presenter. You connect with our customers and build strong relationships
  • Passion (may be to be developed) for Customer Success
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
