We are seeking an enthusiastic, tech-, and business-oriented individual to join our Data Collaboration Team as a Data Enabler. You will play a key role in helping Schibsted deliver on better collaboration and utilization of data across our brands. This is a key priority for top management in Schibsted. You will be part of the Data & Tech organization, but working closely with the brands to understand their users and needs.
The Data Enabler function is still relatively new in Schibsted and you will have the opportunity to help shape this domain. We apply an analytical mindset and strategic understanding to help our brands find new data-driven business opportunities. We then secure buy-in from key stakeholders and facilitate cross-team projects to ensure effective execution. In this role you will get to work with all of our businesses (across Media, Marketplaces and Next) as well as the central Data & Tech organization.
What you will do
Work with our brands to identify new business opportunities based on utilization of cross-brand data
Support management in prioritizing what opportunities to focus on
Collaborate with managers, developers and analysts to make data available
Work with the privacy function to navigate the legal aspects of data sharing
Plan and execute collaborative projects
Who you are
You’re working within the product & technology domain, or are keenly interested in it
You have business understanding and a strategic mindset
You have a consultative and service oriented approach
You are eager to learn more about data and how it underpins our business models
You have the ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority
We believe you have have experience from IT/Management consulting or similar roles
You bring energy and humor to the team, helping us to have fun!

We are about 250+ people in Oslo, Stockholm, and Krakow, and collaborate closely with other product and tech teams in all units in Schibsted. Areas of responsibilities include data & technology strategy, privacy/data trends/responsible data & machine learning, information security, and internal IT.
