In this role you’re going to be part of Curamando’s Commercial Team, which means being deeply involved in driving our business to meet commercial targets. You will actively contribute with direct or indirect sales, drive business development activities and play a key role in maintaining and expanding our existing large accounts.

You’re happy to contribute with knowledge and know-how to further develop our Business Consulting delivery capability and offering. Furthermore, you have experience in and enjoy coaching and mentoring colleagues at the company in their project deliveries and further career within the company.

Example of responsibilities:

  • Large account ownership and development
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Plan, manage and execute on deliverables in larger client projects or programs and overall responsibility for the outcome
  • Coach and take responsibility for the development of both junior and more senior team members and colleagues

Skills & Requirements


  • 10-20 years of management consulting (or similar)
  • Bachelor/Master in Business (or similar)
  • Experience of commercial roles and responsibilities, both within new business generation and account management
  • Masters the skill of advanced C-level stakeholder management
  • Understands clients’ business goals/concerns and supports as a strategic sounding board in discussing these challenges
  • Shows a passion for the profession
  • Has an inner drive to take on challenging assignments and masters complex problem-solving methods
  • Strong knowledge of relevant market trends where Curamando is active
