Business Sweden has had a presence in the U.S. since the 70’s and with a team of about 30 colleagues in our offices in New York, San Francisco and Chicago. In this role you will be partnering with and supporting dedicated stakeholders in U.S. and in our global organization.
Support Country and Office Managers as well as our Regional HR Business Partner with local operational HR matters such as:
Support Country Manager with strategic and operational development of our physical workplace (mainly Chicago, but also support in San Francisco and New York), including but not limited to:
Responsible for driving modernization and “expansion” of office
Support our Consulting team and Business Incubation and Operations team with HR-related services, including but not limited to (mid-term and for the right candidate with a strong business and service mindset):
Monthly operational and advisory support with HR-related matters for Swedish companies in the US
Support with recruitment / talent acquisition as a service for Swedish companies in the US (either independently or with external partners)
