Mentimeter is already loved by 200 million people globally thanks to our product lead go-to-market strategy. As VP of Sales you will be responsible for leading a rapidly growing enterprise sales organisation across two continents. We are currently about 50 people in the sales team and have historically grown by 100% YoY. You need to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and love to drive change, as it will be the only constant in this role.
You will report to the COO and have the responsibility of leading the sales department to reach its goals as well as ensuring team happiness and stability. Responsible for the Sales P&L, core KPIs & OKRs
Responsible for Sales budget (plan, execute, follow-up)
Analyze KPI deviations & take actions when needed
Supply COO with analysis of business value generated as well as other ad hoc analysis
Support the team by guiding the high-level tactics needed to execute on the strategy
Continue to build on and adjust the strategic direction for the 1-3 year plan
Line Manager for senior leaders in the team
Managing a rapidly growing sales organization on two continents
Strong academic background
+7 years of relevant work experience
Experience from building & leading a larger sales team of +100 people
Experience from working with B2B sales preferably at a large scale SaaS company
Have been part of or reported to senior management (e.g. reporting to the COO/CEO)
Proven success in delivering measurable business value in the teams you’ve been leading
Very analytical and data/insights-driven
