We are looking for a Sales Executive to help organizations in transitioning towards data democratization and in capturing new data-driven business opportunities.

This is a central and strategic role in the forefront of data-driven change, but you will not work alone. You will be supported by the most knowledgeable experts of our field as well as your sales and marketing colleagues.

Your KPIs are related to both long-term (Kaito’s brand image, establishing new partnership) and short-term (bringing in new business) objectives.

You have the freedom to choose how you reach your goals, but we would like to see you contributing to:

  • Driving IT solution sales projects from start to finish
  • New customer acquisition and becoming a trusted advisor for the C-level of our target accounts
  • Extending business within key strategic accounts
  • Driving a transformation from technical dialogue towards wider business value discussions
  • Developing ways of working

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong sales experience in a relevant field (data & analytics, IT solution or value sales)
  • Experience from driving large IT sales projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both in Finnish and English
  • Self-directive and goal-driven way of working
  • Ability to build networks and long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Prior experience from management consulting or account management
