We are a distributed team of 12 engaged recruiters that covers Norway, Sweden and Poland and we are looking for another tech recruiter based in Stockholm.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be doing the full 360 recruitment from sourcing to closing; connecting with candidates, aligning expectations with opportunities, handling stakeholders and hiring managers while providing a world-class candidate experience. You use talent data and insights to guide the way, providing our business with strategic recruitment support and analysis. You will also take part in our employer branding initiatives of campus recruitment, meetups, conferences.
The typical roles we hire for are Back- and Front-End Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Data Scientists and Product Managers and UX Designers.
You have a good understanding of the tech industry and can easily connect with engineers, product managers and designers.
You have insights on tech talent availability, market trends, needs and expectations
You are flexible, but also able to maintain focus while working with changing priorities
You know different sourcing techniques and TA tools, and always strive to improve the way you work
You are proactive, collaborative, curious and accountable, taking pride in driving things forward.
You like working with people and have 'can do' attitude
You communicate freely in English
